How many questions are in Trivial Pursuit 25th Anniversary Edition?

I am looking to purchase the 25th Anniversary Edition of Trivial Pursuit, but it only says on the description there are about 432 q & a cards not questions. Does anyone know how many questions there are in this game? also, the game goes by difficulty. there are easy, medium, and hard questions for each category
