How can I create a quiz on Facebook with a percentage as a result?

I want to make a quiz on Facebook, but one which works out your result as a percentage - rather than where you have like 4 possible outcomes.

1. Nope. What you could so it use the 4 options to say "Between 0-25%" "Between 26-50" "Between 51-75" "Between 56-100%"
2. You can use the "How Well Do You Know Me" application but other than that you have to have outcomes. Just put in the percents as outcomes.
